Do I need an EU company to work with you?

Do I need to hold inventory?
No. We hold the stock and label it for your orders. You pay per order, only when something ships.
How fast can I be live?
Days, not months. After the call: agreement, label artwork, store integration, one test order, then live.
Can I test with a single order first?
Yes. There is no minimum order. A single test order is the normal first step.
Orders and shipping
What is the dispatch cutoff?
Orders received before 14:00 local time ship the same day, Monday to Thursday.
Which countries do you ship to?
All EU member states and the United Kingdom. Delivery is 1 to 2 business days in Romania and 2 to 7 business days elsewhere in the EU.
Do you ship to the UK?

How does tracking reach my customer?
Tracking is returned to your store automatically and passed on to your customer the way your store normally does it.
What happens to orders placed on Friday?
Orders are processed Monday to Thursday. An order placed Friday, on a weekend or on a public holiday is processed the next business day.
Labels
Who designs the label?
You do, on Package A, send us a print-ready PDF against our template. On Package B we design it with you.
What must be on the label?
A research-use-only statement, batch, expiry, product name and strength, and the responsible entity. Our template has these fields fixed in place.
Can you produce custom boxes?
Yes, as part of Package B, or as an add-on. You cover the production cost.
What happens if I change my artwork?
You submit a new version, we review it against the same requirements, and the new version applies to orders from approval onward.
Documentation
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Testing is not included in the price. If you want a certificate for a product or batch, we arrange it and you cover the cost. Ask on the call and we will quote it.
Can I show certificates to my customers?
Yes. Any certificate you have commissioned is linked to its batch in your dashboard, ready to pass on.
How do I order testing?
Request it for a product or batch from your dashboard, or ask on the call. We arrange it with the laboratory and pass on the cost.
Payment
How do I pay you?

Legal and research use

Can I make claims about the products?
All products are for research use only. We will not print dosing, human-use or outcome claims on labels, and we recommend your own legal review of your store's copy.
