Privacy policy

What we collect

Almost nothing. This site has no user accounts and no contact form. If you book a call, you do that on Calendly, and Calendly's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

We measure visits with Plausible, a privacy-first analytics service hosted in the EU. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not build profiles. We see how many people visited which page, and nothing about who they are.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels, no third-party scripts beyond Plausible and the Calendly booking page.
• No selling or sharing of visitor data with anyone.
• No newsletter lists built from this site.

If you become a client

Once we work together you get a login to the client portal. The portal holds your brand's orders, stock and billing, and the delivery details of your customers so that we can ship to them. That data is processed on your instructions as your fulfilment supplier, stays inside the EU, and is covered by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to us at the address on the About page. We answer within 30 days.
